On Sunday 13th July residents of South Moreton spanning 76 years of age and between 0-100% of blood alcohol level joined together to clean up the long grass in the rec.<\/p>\n

Rumours of “an hour” turned out to be slightly understated but with the help of various tractors, front loaders, a baler (which we broke), a big trailer and lots of lots of people with rakes (some of which we broke) the rec was cleared and cleaned ahead of the school summer holidays in\u00a0a mere 6 hours.<\/p>\n

A huge thank you to all those that lent a hand on the day.<\/p>\n

A special thanks to\u00a0those who brought the larger machinery to break the back of the initial task.<\/p>\n
